It is one of the newest towers in Yorkville, steps from Bloor-Yonge station and the Bloor Street shops. Shared amenities include a gym, a party room and a rooftop terrace. 8 Cumberland has a 24-hour concierge. Each month, fees cover water, building insurance and care of the shared spaces.
