Fees include heat, water and air conditioning, along with building insurance and upkeep of the shared spaces. Day-to-day management of the East Tower is handled by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. The 19 Bay bus stops about two minutes away, Bay station is roughly four minutes on foot and Bloor-Yonge about five.
