Owners live alongside one of the city's best-known boutique hotels, in the middle of Yorkville's restaurant and gallery strip, in a small and very private building. Residents share a gym, an indoor pool and a sauna, and there is a car wash. A 24-hour concierge looks after owners at The Hazelton. Water and air conditioning are part of the fees, which also pay for building insurance and the upkeep of shared spaces. FirstService Residential manages the residences, and Hazelton Developments built the project. Bay station is about three minutes away on foot, the 13 Avenue Road bus stops at Avenue and Bloor, and the 19 Bay bus stops at Bay and Scollard. The galleries and boutiques of Yorkville and Hazelton avenues are on the doorstep, and the Village of Yorkville Park is close by.
