68 Yorkville Ave

It is a boutique building in the middle of the neighbourhood, a short walk from Bay station. Shared amenities include a gym, a sauna, a party room and a rooftop terrace, and there is visitor parking. A 24-hour concierge welcomes residents at The Regency Yorkville. Owners' fees pay for heat, water, air conditioning, building insurance and the upkeep of shared spaces. Forest Hill Kipling is the property manager. Bay station is about two minutes away on foot, the 19 Bay bus stops at Bay and Scollard a minute away, and the 13 Avenue Road bus runs along Avenue Road. The galleries, restaurants and boutiques of Yorkville Avenue are at the door, the Village of Yorkville Park is close by, and the Bloor Street shops are a short walk south.
