Residents also have a gym with a yoga studio and a half basketball court, and a party room with a bar, kitchen and billiards table. The lofts also offer guest rooms, bike storage, visitor parking and a 24-hour concierge. At Liberty Market Lofts, fees cover heat, water, air conditioning, building insurance and shared-space upkeep. FirstService Residential manages the lofts.
