It rises from the east side of the restored Liberty Market Building, a former factory that's now full of shops, restaurants and cafés, and was designed by Wallman Architects with interiors by Cecconi Simone. Residents have a fitness centre and studio, a games room, a lounge, and private dining and meeting rooms. There's a barbecue terrace, and a 24-hour concierge staffs the lobby. Fees cover building insurance and shared-space upkeep. Comfort Property Management runs the building. The 63 Ossington bus stops about a minute from the door, the 504 King streetcar is roughly seven minutes north, and Exhibition GO is walkable for trains to Union Station. Liberty Village Park and the Metro on Lynn Williams Street are a short walk, and the lake and the Exhibition grounds are just to the south.
