Summary of reviews
AI summary of 10 resident reviews · up to October 2026
Great amenities and location. Noise is the trade-off.
Most residents enjoy living here, mainly for the pool, rooftop terrace and gym, and for being a short walk from the lake, the park and the streetcar. The most common complaints are noise from trains, construction and event nights, busy elevators, and repairs that can take a week or more. Owners are happier than renters.

Tips from residents
AI summary of tips from 10 resident reviews · up to October 2026
Visit on a weekday, check your phone signal, and book things early.
- Hear the noise first. Trains, construction and event nights are louder on weekdays than at a Sunday viewing.
- Check your signal inside the suite before you sign. Some carriers drop to one bar.
- Book ahead. The move elevator needs 72 hours' notice, guest suites fill up in December, and visitors need a parking permit.
- Know the rules. Leases are 6 months minimum, pets must be registered, and the outdoor pool is summer only.
In their own words · 10 tips
“The outdoor pool is only open in summer. If you want to swim year-round, that's worth knowing before you choose this tower.”
“If you work from home, visit on a weekday. Construction and train noise were much louder than I noticed at my Sunday viewing.”
“Pets must be registered with management and stay on a leash in common areas. They're not allowed in the courtyard gardens.”
“The building is mostly rentals, so there's a lot of move-in and move-out traffic at the start of each month. Plan your own move for midweek.”
“If you plan to rent your suite out later, note that owners lose amenity access while a tenant lives there, and leases must be at least 6 months.”
“Check your phone signal inside the suite before you sign. Mine drops to one bar away from the window.”
“Moves are only allowed Monday to Saturday during the day, and you need to book the elevator 72 hours ahead with a deposit.”
“Get your visitor parking permits from concierge before family arrives. Guests can stay up to 3 days, but without a permit they get ticketed fast.”
“Ask how the heating and cooling system is maintained. Our unit's fan coil broke twice and each repair took more than a week.”
“Book the two guest suites early for the holidays. They're limited to 3 nights and fill up months ahead in December.”

- Great location near the lake and Fort York
- Nice pool deck in summer
- Heating and cooling broke twice in one winter
- Repairs took more than a week
- Knocking pipes at night
Wish I'd known: Ask how the heating and cooling system is maintained. Our unit's fan coil broke twice and each repair took more than a week.
I wanted to like this place. The location is great and the pool deck is lovely, but our heating and cooling unit failed twice in one winter, and both times we waited more than a week for a repair between the landlord and the building. The suite was also noisier than I expected: pipes knocking at night and constant event traffic. I moved out when the lease ended.

Wish I'd known: Book the two guest suites early for the holidays. They're limited to 3 nights and fill up months ahead in December.
We owned here for eight years and only left because we needed a backyard for the kids. The building was managed well throughout: repairs in common areas happened quickly, the board kept fees reasonable, and the security desk made us feel safe coming home late. Canoe Landing Park and the community centre are a short walk away, which was perfect with young children.
