It shares a front entrance with Success Tower at 16 Harbour St, and all four towers use the same Pinnacle Club. That club covers most needs in one place: an indoor pool, a whirlpool, a sauna, a gym, a squash court and a basketball court, plus a theatre, a games room, a business centre, a party room and barbecues. Visitor parking, guest rooms and a 24-hour concierge are also offered. Fees include heat, water and air conditioning, plus building insurance and care of the shared spaces. The location suits downtown workers: Union Station and the PATH are a few minutes north, so the financial district is an indoor walk away. Scotiabank Arena, Harbourfront Centre, the lakefront boardwalk and the Island ferry are all close, and the Gardiner is right there for drivers.
