16 Harbour St, called Success Tower, is one of the four Pinnacle Centre towers that Pinnacle International built between Yonge Street and Bay Street, just south of the Gardiner.

It dates from 2009 and shares a front entrance with its neighbour at 33 Bay St. All four towers share the Pinnacle Club, which has an indoor pool, a whirlpool, a sauna, a gym, a squash court and a basketball court, along with a theatre, a games room, a business centre, a party room and a barbecue area. This tower also has its own rooftop terrace. Guest rooms are available for visitors, and the concierge is staffed around the clock. Fees cover heat, water, air conditioning and building insurance, plus upkeep of the shared spaces. Union Station, Scotiabank Arena and the PATH are a few minutes' walk north, while Harbourfront Centre, the boardwalk and the Island ferry are a short stroll south. The Gardiner is right next door.
