It was completed in 2007 as the second tower in the group. All four towers share the Pinnacle Club, so residents get an indoor pool, a whirlpool, a sauna, a gym, squash and basketball courts, a theatre, a games room, a business centre, a party room and a barbecue area. Guest rooms are bookable for visitors, and the concierge desk is staffed 24 hours. Fees here are broad, covering heat, hydro, water, air conditioning, building insurance and shared-space upkeep. Union Station and the PATH are only a few minutes on foot, which makes commuting by subway, GO or the UP Express simple.
