It was one of the earliest condo addresses on the modern waterfront, and it looks out over the lake and the skyline. Each Harbourpoint tower is run separately, and this one is managed by Brilliant Property Management. Residents have a gym, a sauna, a squash court and a party room, plus a rooftop deck with barbecues. A 24-hour concierge works the front desk. The fees take care of water, building insurance and shared-space upkeep. The 509 Harbourfront streetcar stops about three minutes away, the 114 and 202 buses run along Bay Street, and Union Station is roughly 14 minutes on foot. Harbourfront Centre's galleries, festivals and skating rink are a short walk along the water, and the CN Tower and Rogers Centre are just north of Lake Shore Boulevard.
