It has its own board and management. Wide views stretch over the lake and back toward the CN Tower. Residents have a gym, a sauna, a squash court and a party room, and the rooftop deck has barbecues and a sunbathing area. A 24-hour concierge is on duty in the lobby. The fees pay for water, building insurance and the upkeep of shared spaces. Like its sister tower, it is managed by TSE Management. The 509 streetcar stops about a minute from the door, and Union Station is around 15 minutes on foot. The Rees Street wavedeck and HTO Park are along the water nearby, and Harbourfront Centre's festivals and skating rink are a short walk east.
