Each of the three towers has its own board and manager. The highlight is the renovated rooftop, which has glass walls on its east and west sides, barbecues and wide views of the lake and the city. There's also a gym, a sauna and a court for racquet sports, and a 24-hour concierge and security team staffs the lobby. Water, insurance on the building and upkeep of shared areas are covered by the fees. TSE Management runs the building. The 509 Harbourfront streetcar stops about two minutes away, and Union Station is roughly 15 minutes on foot. Harbourfront Centre is a short walk east, the Rogers Centre, CN Tower and Ripley's Aquarium are just north across Lake Shore Boulevard, and the boardwalk runs along the water out front.
